Welcome to the Dance & Tone Plan!

Get ready to tone your entire body with this fun and energising 6-week plan! Using high-energy salsa-inspired workouts, you’ll target your lower body, upper body, core, and even your full body, helping you sculpt and strengthen while having a blast.

SO HERE’S HOW IT WORKS ...

Each week, you’ll have 3 workouts designed to focus on specific areas of your body: lower body, upper body, core, or full-body toning. These workouts blend the rhythm of salsa with effective toning exercises, making it as fun as it is effective!
Simply follow the weekly schedule provided, completing 3 workouts a week on days that suit you. Be sure to space out your workout days to allow for rest and recovery.
As you progress through the 6 weeks, you’ll revisit key workouts, but we’ve kept the structure varied to ensure you stay engaged and challenged.

YOUR GOAL
Aim to complete all 3 workouts each week to stay on track.
Take at least 1 rest day between workouts, but feel free to push harder as you grow stronger!
By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel toned, strong, and confident – ready to keep dancing your way to your fitness goals. Let’s do this!💃✨
