Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Serves 2

Method

  • Marinate the chicken slices in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan, then stir-fry the garlic and chicken until golden.
  • Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked brown rice.

        • 2 garlic cloves, minced
        • 1 red pepper, sliced
        • 1 courgette, julienned
